Why do I need to register with PACE before making payment for support?
Registration is mandatory on PACE for a number of reasons:
1. We need to capture your contact information to send you donation receipts and feedback reports.
2. The Government of India regulations stipulate that every NGO that seeks funding from any person who is not an Indian national, must possess an FCRA certificate. That's why we ask you to choose a person category based on your nationality and country of residence.
3. The Government of India requires us to keep track of the full address of each donor
4. Please be assured that PACE will not use your personal details for any other purpose.

What email address should I use for my username on pacelko.org.in?
Please be sure to use an email ID that you use often when you register at www.pacelko.org.in as all communication will be sent to this ID.
In case you're using your work email address when you register, then please remember to change it before you leave your company. You will not be able to change your username if you do not have access to your old email. You can change your user ID on PACE by updating your profile. Simply log into the pacelko.org.in site, go to 'My Profile' and update the e-mail ID field.
I lost my password. What do I do now?
Please visit pacelko.org.in and click on 'Forgot Your Password?' under the log in box on the left; or click here. A new password will be sent to your email ID. When you log in with your new password, please take a minute and change it to one that you can easily remember.
PACE sent me a password. Can I change it?
Yes! Please do change it to something you can remember and be doubly sure by storing your new password in a secure location. To change it, you need to first log in and then click on 'Change Password'.
Remember that your password is case sensitive.
Will I get feedback like I used to when I supported a child through PACE account?
Yes, we will be sending you progress reports (new name for feedback reports) of your beneficiary once every 6 months (typically in the month of June and December). However, you will receive the progress reports only if you support the beneficiary for 6 months or more and continue supporting before the progress report cycle.
I have not received progress (feedback) reports till now. When will I get it?
You might not have received the progress reports because of the following reasons:
a. Your email address might have changed
b. You supported the beneficiary for less than 6 months
c. You stopped supporting the beneficiary just before the progress report cycle (June & December every year)
I have made the payment for support. When will I get a tax receipt?
You will receive a receipt once your contributions have been sent by you or your company to us and uploaded in our systems. You can also download the same from your PACE account by clicking on donation history in the left hand panel. |
